ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Charlotte Joubert
Is a Registered Nurse by profession and has traveled with disaster response teams in the US and abroad with other medical and non-medical volunteers, responding to catastrophic events on a global scale. One of Charlotte ‘s passions is to educate and train individuals, community groups, schools, churches, medical facilities and corporations in preparing for traumatic occurrences.
Her background as a Registered Nurse, working in hospitals in the USA and makeshift hospitals in poorly developed areas of the world such as Haiti, Guatemala, and Afghanistan where many of the emergency supplies had to be improvised, conferences, preparing her for disasters as well as taking FEMA classes, qualifies her as a leader in preparing other’s for a catastrophic event. This company was formed to insure that if our communities should ever suffer natural or manmade disasters, ordinary citizens would be able to help others with training and lifesaving medical equipment that would decrease negative outcomes thus, increasing survival rates until professionals arrive.
911 Disaster Preparedness LLC, interest is providing tools that the public can use through education, training, and obtaining the necessary supplies, to empower the community, churches, schools, other small businesses, nursing homes, hospitals, who may be affected by life-threating emergencies where they may feel hopeless and helpless.
